Helping you understand what your child cannot yet express
Behind every behaviour are feelings and needs that parents may find hard to understand. At Growing Minds, we help parents understand their children more deeply and support them in finding solutions suited to each child's needs and each family's reality.

Understanding the child through body, emotions and relationships
A mother, a psychomotor therapist and a qualified nurse, Nour supports children and their parents through a holistic approach that brings together movement, emotions, development and relationships.
In her work, she combines her background in healthcare with her specialisation in psychomotricity, along with experience working with children and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds in Europe, the Middle East and the Gulf. Her work with children and families in educational settings and specialised centres in Belgium has shaped an approach attentive to each child's uniqueness and needs, strengthened by her volunteer experience with the Belgian Red Cross.
Nour believes that a child's behaviour is not simply something to be corrected: it can be a way of expressing feelings or needs they have not yet found the words for. In her sessions, Nour makes real room for parents' questions and worries, and works with them to understand the challenges they face and find practical steps that respect each child and family.
“I help you hear what your children cannot yet say.”

Principles that guide every session
Listening without judgment
Every family has its own experience and challenges. We listen to your questions and worries with respect and understanding, without blame or criticism.
Understanding the whole child
We never look at behaviour in isolation from the child. We try to understand how their body, movement, emotions, development and relationships fit together.
A true partnership with parents
You know your children's lives best. We bring together your knowledge of them and our professional expertise to find realistic solutions that fit your daily life.
Every child has a story worth understanding
Whether you have questions about your child's development, emotions or behaviour, we give you a space to raise them, understand them, and discover the right next step for your family.
